This site should work with a keyboard, a screen reader, or the zoom turned up.
We build and test this site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If something here stops you, there is a person on the other end of the phone.

The standard we build to
Fiji Advance builds and tests this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. That is the standard the pages are designed to, and it is what we check against when anything changes.
It is a target, not a certificate. We are not claiming that every page meets every success criterion, because no one has audited this site and saying so would be worth less to you than a phone number that works. Where something falls short, we want to hear about it and fix it. Section 4 is how you tell us.
What has been done
Accessibility here is part of how the site was built rather than a pass made over it afterward. In practice that means the following.
- Keyboard operability. Every link, button, form control and disclosure on the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in the order the page reads.
- Visible focus. Whatever you are on is outlined, on every background, including the dark ones.
- Contrast. Body text is held at 4.5 to 1 against whatever it sits on, and meaningful graphics at 3 to 1. Every pair is measured rather than judged by eye.
- Reduced motion. When your system asks for reduced motion, the entrance animations stop and anything that would have moved into place is simply there when the page loads. Nothing on this site animates its own scrolling in the first place.
- Structure. Headings run in order, lists are lists, and a skip link to the main content is the first thing you reach. The answers on the FAQ page can be found with your browser's own find in page, open or closed.
- Text that resizes. Enlarging the text or zooming the page reflows the content instead of cutting it off.
How the site is reviewed
The site is reviewed on an ongoing basis. Pages are operated with the keyboard, color pairs are measured, and layouts are checked at phone widths as well as on a desktop screen. When a page changes, it gets checked again before it goes up.
Automated tools catch some of this and miss the rest, so the checks are done by a person using the page rather than by a score. Anything reported to us is treated the same way as any other defect on a site that handles money.
If something here blocks you
Tell us. It helps if you say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what browser or assistive technology you were using, but a sentence is enough to start.
You do not have to wait for a fix to do business with us, and you do not have to use this website to apply. Call or email and a person will take your information down, answer your questions, and tell you what documents to send.
