These terms cover this website and everything you send us through it. If we fund your business, the agreement you sign covers that transaction.
Last updated August 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of fijiadvance.com. By using the site, submitting an application, or sending us a file, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms are about the website. If you enter into a transaction with us, that transaction is governed by the written agreement you sign. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
Fiji Advance is a direct funder. We purchase a specified dollar amount of a business's future receivables at a discount, and the business remits that amount to us out of its receipts over time. These are purchases. They are not loans.
Fiji Advance provides merchant cash advances. A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of your business's future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan, not a line of credit, and not an extension of credit, and the amounts shown on this site are not interest and not an annual percentage rate. Approval, amount and pricing depend on underwriting and are not guaranteed.
Nothing on this website is an offer to lend, an extension of credit, or a commitment to fund.
This site and everything offered through it are for businesses. To apply you must be at least 18 years old, authorized to act for the business named on the application, and applying for business purposes only.
Funding from us is for the use of the business. It is not for personal, family or household purposes. We do not fund individuals and we do not offer consumer products of any kind.
Nothing on this website is an offer, an approval, a commitment or a quote. That covers every page, every published figure, every calculator, every estimate and every illustration on the site.
All transactions are subject to underwriting, satisfactory documentation and a signed written agreement. That written agreement governs and supersedes anything on this website. Until it is signed, there is no transaction, and nothing published here obligates us to fund anyone.
We work to keep the site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is, and we may change or remove anything on it at any time.
The site carries a funding estimate tool. It performs arithmetic on the figures you type in. It knows nothing about your business, your deposits or your file, and what you type is not sent to us.
The disclaimer printed with the estimate reads:
Estimate only. This is not an offer.
This is an estimate, not an application, not an approval, not a quote, and not an offer of any kind. Fiji Advance has not reviewed your business, your bank statements, or your credit. Actual amounts, cost and remittance terms are determined only after underwriting and are provided to you in a written agreement before you sign. The figures shown are not interest, not an annual percentage rate, and not a promise of what you will be offered.
When you apply, you are telling us that the information and documents you have given us are true and complete, and you agree that we may verify them. Do not send us information about anyone else unless you are authorized to share it.
We may decline any application. We may keep your file and our records of what you sent whether or not we fund you, and we may contact you about it.
What we do with the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
When you submit an application you authorize Fiji Advance and its agents to obtain business and personal consumer reports, bank records and other information about you and the business, and to verify what you have told us with third parties. Reports may be requested on you as an individual as well as on the business, and they may be requested again in connection with any transaction that results.
The certification on the application reads:
By submitting this application I certify that I am authorized to act for the business named above, that the information and documents I have provided are true and complete, and that this request is for business purposes only and not for personal, family or household purposes. I authorize Fiji Advance and its agents to obtain business and personal consumer reports, bank records and other information about me and the business in connection with this request and any resulting transaction, and to verify the information I have provided with third parties.
By applying online you consent to receive records, disclosures, notices and agreements from us electronically, and to sign electronically. An electronic signature has the same effect as a signature in ink.
To do business with us this way you need a device with an internet connection, a current web browser, an email address you can receive mail at, and the ability to open and save PDF files.
You can withdraw this consent, or ask us for a paper copy of a record, by writing to admin@fijiadvance.com. Withdrawing it may mean we cannot continue with an application electronically. Tell us when your email address or phone number changes, because that is where records go.
We fund businesses across the United States.
This website is directed to businesses located in the United States. We make no claim that it is appropriate for use anywhere else. Whether we can fund a particular business is decided in underwriting.
If you send us a file as a broker, an ISO or any other intermediary, these terms apply to you, along with any separate agreement you have with us.
You may send us a merchant's information only if you are authorized to send it. The partner form carries that warranty in these words:
I authorize that all information is real and legitimate, and that consent was given by the owner of the information to submit on his or her behalf.
You are responsible for what you tell a merchant about us. Describe the product as what it is, a purchase of future receivables. Do not quote a factor, an amount or a term on our behalf, do not promise a decision or a timeline, and do not present yourself as us. Nothing you say to a merchant binds us.
You agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email address you give us about your application and your file, including by phone call and text message. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messages have their own terms, including how to stop them. They are on the SMS Terms page. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.
Marketing messages are separate and optional. You are never required to agree to marketing messages to receive funding or any other service, and opting out of them has no effect on your file.
The site, including its text, layout, graphics and code, belongs to Fiji Advance or to the parties who licensed it to us. The Fiji Advance name and the chevron mark are our marks.
You may read the site, and you may print or save pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish, sell, frame, or build a derivative work from any part of it without our written permission.
When you use this site, you agree to the following.
We may cut off access to the site for anyone who does any of this.
The site may link to sites we do not operate. Those links are there for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products, or how they handle your information. Read their terms and their privacy policies yourself.
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fiji Advance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that anything published on it is complete, current or accurate. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Talk to your own advisors before you sign anything.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fiji Advance and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website, whether the claim is brought in contract, in tort or on any other basis, and whether or not we were told such damages were possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims arising out of your use of this website is limited to one hundred dollars. This section is about the website. It does not limit or change anything in a funding agreement you sign with us, which carries its own terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fiji Advance and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this website, your breach of these terms, or information you submitted that was false or that you were not authorized to share.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Fiji Advance is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of these terms or out of your use of this website will be brought only in the state or federal courts serving that location, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, so check it when you come back. Using the site after a change means you accept the changed terms.
A change to this page does not change an agreement you have already signed.
Questions about these terms go to us directly.
